dying is weird

This is a tale of an ordinary women’s extraordinary journey through the maze of life, examining at a very young age the actions of her family members and how they handled many of life’s most difficult challenges and death.

Inuit legend says the Aurora Borealis are the torches in the hands of our Ancestor Spirits, lighting the way for the souls of those who have just died, to lead them to the hereafter, a place where illness and pain are no more.

I’ve always been fascinated by the Aurora Borealis. It seems to be an energy that comes from a heavenly realm that somehow touches our earthly senses and existence. And much like the Inuit and other First Nation cultures, I feel like I have a spiritual connection with my ancestors, my family members who have passed through the gate of Heaven. I seem to have an innate intuitive understanding of this passage between worlds, this transition that is called “death.”  Mostly in our society people fear death as the end of life.  It is my hope that people will read my book and through my story gain a broader, richer, more loving and comforting perspective about death.

If you have wondered about the aging and transitions of your loved ones, or if you know someone who has lost someone dear to them, I offer my book and my experiences as “evidence of things not seen” and the idea that death truly can be a fascinating journey of enlightenment.

Dying is Weird: A Journey of Enlightenment is published by 1st World Publishing and is available in hardcover and paperback editions on Amazon.  You can also download it for Kindle.

Trisha, thank you for the wonderful feedback. If my story can inspire someone then I achieved my goal in writing. The great experience I found in energy healing is as you help others you have a dramatic shift in your own healing; mental, physical and spiritual. I would love to hear from you and Nikki as your lives unfold. When you have the desire and the intention, it will happen.

      The best to you!
